Herbon shoot goes great
 
Our commercial was chosen by Herbon to be featured in their upcoming advertising campaign in movie theaters across Canada.
Ray Besharah had asked for my help with a fake Herbon commercial. I was the Director of Photography for the project, and this was the first time I was asked to shoot and not have anything to do with post production. The hight ceilings and large area took 8 lights to light. And even though I had more lights, there wasn’t enough power and stands to use them. So I made due

NEON, Skater Guy
 
Entitled skater guy, this was the second commercial shot for NEON clothing even though it was written first. It required fewer tear-downs and set-ups of lighting and camera for shots in the store, so I opted to shoot it second.

With creativity and humor I like to make commercials more then anything else. Because they are so short you can concentrate on making everything perfect. This is where you really get to experiment with new techniques and equipment.
